control networks utilizing Global Positioning System (GPS). These state-of-the-art
surveying methods are combined with conventional surveying methods to provide
the most efficient service and provide completed projects on schedule. We
utilize the most current AutoCAD and Bentley programs to produce accurate
topographical maps and digital terrain models (DTM). Bollinger, Lach & Associates,
Inc. has Professional Land Surveyors on staff to accomodate any work involving
boundary surveys, legal descriptions, property line analysis, interpretation,
research, and complex ALTA work. We have experienced survey field crews available,
who are certified by OSHA for work involving hazardous waste sites. Our survey
crews are prepared for any construction layout work from rough grade staking
to the most precise work involving large commercial building layout. Our crews
operate from fully equipped vehicles and are available on short notice for
emergency situations.
