We have an extensive background performing construction engineering services on residential, commercial, institutional, and public projects. Specific examples include roadways, bridges, retaining walls, mass grading projects, public utilities, buildings, and rail construction projects. BLA is committed to developing and fostering the team relationships necessary between the owner, contractor, engineer and other involved partners to successfully complete construction projects on time and within budget. Bollinger, Lach & Associates construction section is composed of a professional staff of experienced Resident Engineers, Professional Engineers, Registered Structural Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and IDOT-Certified and approved Construction and Materials Inspection Technicians. Bollinger, Lach & Associates' staff is fully trained to provide accurate and complete daily progress reports and final documentation of contract quantities as well as timely complete change order preparation. BLA has the capability of providing additional construction layout and inspection crews on short notice. The firm's strong design experience ensures that necessary project changes can be accomplished with minimal disruption to the project completion schedule. Our personnel have a strong background in maintenance of traffic on complex projects and understand the need to work with involved construction personnel and local agencies to ensure minimal disruption to operations within the work zone.
